We outline real metrics, baseline them, and report against those — not against everything we can measure. Reporting on too much is the same as nothing. We pick what counts.

Yes, when it's warranted. We build it on top of whatever your team already uses — usually Looker. We don't push you to a new tool unless yours can't do the job. The dashboard is for your eyes only. We document and update on a monthly basis.

First we tell you what's missing or unreliable — and what that means for the conclusions you can draw. Then we propose the best fix to solve it. Sometimes a tracking patch, sometimes a backfill, sometimes a workaround. We don't pretend data is clean when it isn't. Caveats stay in the report.

We tell you, fast. In the rare case that happens, we figure out why and we bring a diagnosis and a recommendation, not just the bad news. Sometimes push harder. Sometimes revise. Either way, you'll know.

We expect to. We see meaningful signals in the first two to three weeks, but the first ninety days are when the data starts to mean something. Often, we are contracted on an annual basis, because that's where the best returns are for our clients.
